Hits the gym?

Not really, though there's weight training in school...

I work out every day 'I miss Sundays usually' but otherwise I hit the gym hardcore.

What do you do?

once in a while, not very often since life is usually too hectic, I used to go 5 days a week, atleast an hour a day.

I do pretty much a little of everything. Working out is my hobby

as i play ice hockey, football/soccer and do lifesaving im pretty fit i do alot of stamina/ agility work and i also do alot of weight training so that my body is pretty well toned

well then maybe we need a contest of posting pics? who's the buffest?(sp?) perhaps should be the thread(jk)...lol...I can guarantee I would lose that in a heartbeat..lol.
