I wonder whats the reason Leela never wants to go on a date with Fry/

well, I don't think it's ever really explained, but didn't she feel that he wasn't mature enough. And the parasites lost episode, the parasites changed him, he became more mature, and Leela liked him, but then Fry destroyed them to see if Leela really liked him or the parasites. Fry just wasn't her type.

Yeah, its cause he isn't mature enough, right now. Remember, Leela did almost marry him as Lars

But before that, when he had the parasites in him, she really liked him.
